BETTINA KNAPP – CERTIFIED YOGA TEACHER (RYS 200), HOLISTIC NUTRITIONIST, PLANT-BASED CHEF & VEGAN MENTOR
Bettina is as well owner of the health food brand Ahimsa Foods. She has practiced yoga since 2006 and got certified RYS 200 in Washington D.C. specializing in Vinyasa Flow in 2013. Bettina has a background in marathon running. She is focusing on increasing flexibility, improving power and strength (yes, get those abs showing!), and reaching mental clarity.
Turning vegan in 2012 she decided to stay away from food additives, preservatives, GMO’s and pesticides. Finding it hard to buy quick vegan (truly healthy) meals, since there is not always time to cook from scratch, her mission was born: She decided to bring her own vegan food line on the market incorporating a non-violent approach to delicious, truly healthy food.
Digging deeper into the field of health foods she studied Holistic Nutrition in 2015. Recently she graduated from Matthew Kenney Plantlab Culinary in Raw Vegan Cuisine. As a Personal Chef she is specialized in vegan, raw vegan & gluten free diets.
Her goal is to inspire you to a non-violent lifestyle towards animals, plants, and yourself and to create awareness of what you are fueling your body with. Through clean nutrition and yoga we can let go of toxins, in body, mind, and soul, and make space for new, exciting things to come!
