The holistic renewal

Would you like to practise an exercise that gives you fresh energy and happy feelings immediately and everywhere in addition to your yoga practice or other mind body training?

In the course of my work as an author of spiritual non-fiction books and my own research for an above-average, happy and love-supported life, I have described my personal favourite exercise for you.

Within a very short time, you can use it to energetically recharge yourself deep into the body cells and also promote a rejuvenation process within you, regardless of where you are or the time of day. I call it "Holistic Renewal", because during its implementation one comes into harmony with all subtle energy bodies, thereby deeply regulating oneself and immediately energizing, regenerating and rejuvenating oneself via the high frequency of vibration. I also described it in my first anti-aging bestseller "You won't get older, but better" (Schirner Verlag).

 

Exercise: Holistic Renewal

Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed for the next 10 to 15 minutes. Lie comfortably on your back and close your eyes. With a little experience you can do the exercise whenever you feel the need to do it in any other place and with your eyes open, e.g. on the train, plane, in the queue etc. 

Let us begin with phase 1: First of all, observe the flow of your thoughts until your mind has become calm. This is simple: Imagine a screen with your eyes closed, just like in a cinema. On this you can now see your current thoughts. Observe these calmly. Try not to force anything, maybe no thoughts are visible for a short time. Just let everything go and watch your thoughts come and go. The more or less wild effervescence of thoughts, as we experience it in everyday life, will thus rapidly decrease.

You now feel a relaxation, maybe even a pleasant tingling sensation in one or the other part of your body. Concentrate on the pleasant feeling wherever it may occur and give in to it until it intensifies and enjoy it for about 1 minute. If there is no feeling yet, but only silence, just enjoy the silence. The feeling will soon be there for you too.

Phase 2: Now try to feel your toes, one by one, starting with the little toe and going all the way up to the big one, each time until you experience a real feeling. If this does not happen right away, after about 30 seconds go straight on to the sole and back of your foot, then to the ankles. Try to feel one side first and then the left and right side simultaneously. Then go to your lower legs, knee joints, thighs and finally to your hip.

Now feel the spine up to the neck. Then feel both sides of your body, first the left, then the right and then again both at the same time. Next, you go into your abdomen and slowly scan your body from the genitals to the abdomen and chest to the neck, trying to get a feel for the area. Now you feel into your mouth, then into your nose, then into your ears, and then again into both at the same time. Now you feel both your eyeballs and stay there for a few seconds. Then you go with your perception all the way up to your vertex.

After about 30 seconds you will scan your body in the same way from top to bottom. Now you have a passageway behind you. Repeat this now so that you have scanned your body twice like a slow wave from bottom to top and from top to bottom.

With some practice you will feel your cells becoming increasingly energized and enjoy this feeling. It's a bit like the refreshing feeling you get after finishing an alternating shower.

Now try to feel your body and its inner being as an energy field and enjoy the feeling of wholeness again.

After you have enjoyed this state for about 1 minute, we now come to phase 3, where you can be creative and create your future directly. If you now visualize your goals in this energetically strong state and imagine how you achieved them with ease, you will be able to realize your goals quickly in reality. This state is also highly effective from the point of view of wish fulfillment, because at this moment there is no rational, thinking mind that would like to make you believe that your goals are impossible or doubt their feasibility. You are, so to speak, tapping into the most powerful source of your being, your highest vibrational frequency, which is responsible for the materialization of your deepest inner needs in the outer world. For example, if you want to dedicate yourself to your attractiveness and physical rejuvenation, you could now imagine, for example, how you have regained your ideal figure or how you celebrate as in your prime, are full of energy and really enjoy life. Let all your ideas, desires and goals, which you have in front of your eyes at the moment, run free, as they appear. Give them each energy and feel the results already achieved. Having deepened your meditative state, you tell yourself that the energy you feel is full of divine love and gives you a new youthful and radiant appearance. Feel your beauty and vitality all over your body, and say "Thank you" inside.

Now visualize that you are sending this divine energy to this day, this week, this year, your whole life, as well as radiating it outwards and also to your fellow human beings as soon as you slowly open your eyes again.

Now that you have gradually returned to the here and now, you will feel rested, fresh and very satisfied. Take a look in the mirror right now. Do you perhaps already recognize youthful or new shining features in you?

I personally do this exercise at least 1-2 times a day, usually the first time in the morning before getting up. Sometimes I only need a few minutes to enjoy them to the full. Afterwards I feel like I've been completely renewed and I even have the impression that the day is generally more positive for me. I have heard from other people that by practicing the body scanning exercise you have significantly improved their immune system through frequent practice. Still others have finally lost their fear of flying with the practice of observing thoughts after all other methods have failed. As a result of visualizing their goals in this optimal energetic state, people report very quick and surprisingly positive results in achieving a wide variety of goals.

Now perhaps the power of this exercise in combined form will become even clearer to you. Therefore I consider it a crowning of spiritual practices and wish you also much joy and success with it!
