DIANA BRESCHI - YOGA TEACHER

Diana is a Yoga teacher, Pilates (Stott Pilates Matwork plus and Advanced) and Antigravity (Foudamental 1 and 2, Christopher Harrison) since 2003 and has developed her experience in Italy and abroad.

She began at an early age with competitive gymnastics and continued her first passion with jazz dance and psychology studies. This union of the body with the study of the mind led her to discover the discipline of yoga, which became her lifestyle.

Diana has completed various yoga classes with world-renowned masters, among them: David Swenson, Mark Derby and Joan Pelletier, Lino Miele, Graeme Northfield of Asthanga Vinyasa Yoga, Jivamukti of Hatha Yoga, Mark Blanchard of Power Yoga and Kundalini Yoga.

Her passion for travelling led her to India in the community of Osho in Puna, where she named Sanyasi "Ma Vimoksha" and participated in various yoga and meditation seminars.

The constant exploration of her own person and body has prompted Diana to become a "Shiatsu Operator" (3 years, at Eco-life International Shiatsu School, 300 hours), who comes into contact with people in a constant exchange of healing energy.

The "Kriya Yoga" meditation of Paramansa Yogananda, which harmonizes everything, became an integral part of her life.

After devoting herself to this discipline, she shared her experiences by writing yoga articles for the bimonthly magazine "Vivere la yoga" "Sprea" published by "Cigra". The journals she has written in their entirety are:

- Step by step preparation No. 3 "Running and yoga, improve your performance".

- The secrets of Wellness No. 1 "Reflexology, Shiatsu and Yoga to overcome back pain".

- The manual of Vivere lo Yoga No. 1 "Yoga and Pregnancy".

Her passion and love for nature and the sea have led her to live in Italy (Milan and Valle D'aosta) and Ibiza (Balearic Islands, Spain), where she organises yoga, Pilates and meditation seminars.

your method

Starting from the Pilates method, which promotes the use of the mind to control postural muscles, she developed a mixture of Pilates, Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga. A method of raising awareness for the breathing and alignment of the spine that strengthens the trunk muscles, very important for the prevention of back pain.

As a result. a dynamic sequence of yoga positions (asanas) connected by the rhythm of the breath. This results in a harmonious and energetic continuous flow that enables the eight branches of Ashtanga (Yama-Nyama-Asana-Pranayama-Pratyahara- Dharana-Dhyana-Samadhi) to be connected. All this is enriched by "Pranayama" breathing techniques, meditation and deep relaxation "Yoga Nidra".
