LAURI BERKHOUDT - YOGA TEACHER

After a yoga vacation, Lauri found her true passion: she shared the healing power of yoga in her own yoga retreats.

She decided to take a yin yoga teacher training course in the Netherlands. This was only the beginning when she enrolled shortly afterwards for a 200-hour yoga teacher training with Zuna Yoga on a small island between Bali and Lombok. There she was in the middle of nature without WLAN and cars and another step closer to her destination. With another hour of life: As a yoga teacher you will never stop learning and are always a student.

The first time we visited Ibiza there was an immediate connection with the island. A feeling of homecoming. She immediately fell in love with Ibiza and knew that one day she would live there. So she made the big leap and left her tense hometown Amsterdam together with her love. She lived her dream life and one day organized retreats and worked as a yoga teacher on the island. Lauri can be described in three words: curious, open-minded and friendly.

Biography:

• 50 hours Yin Yoga, teacher training with Aalo, Amsterdam.
• 200 hours of Zuna Yoga, teacher training with Zuna Yoga
