BETTINA KNAPP - CERTIFIED YOGA TEACHER (RYS 200), HOLISTIC NUTRITIONIST, PLANT-BASED CHEF AND VEGAN MENTOR

Bettina is also the owner of the natural food brand Ahimsa Foods. She has been practicing yoga since 2006 and was certified as RYS 200 in 2013 in Washington, DC, specializing in Vinyasa Flow. Bettina has experience in marathon running. It focuses on increasing flexibility, improving strength and strength (yes, the abdominal muscles show!) and achieving mental clarity.

Having become vegan in 2012, it decided to move away from food additives, preservatives, GMOs and pesticides. It was hard for her to buy fast vegan (really healthy) meals because it was not always time to cook from scratch. Her mission was born: she decided to launch her own vegan food line, which includes a non-violent approach to delicious food and truly healthy eating.

She studied Holistic Nutrition in 2015 and recently graduated from Matthew Kenney Plantlab Culinary in Raw Vegan Cuisine. As personnel boss she is specialized in vegane, raw, vegane & glutenfree diets.

Your goal is to inspire you to a non-violent life with animals, plants and yourself and to create an awareness of how you fill up your body. Through clean food and yoga we can let go of toxins in body, mind and soul and create space for new, exciting things!
